The location of The Pearl Hotel in Kolkata was great, although a bit isolated. The staff members were friendly and provided helpful assistance throughout our stay. we enjoyed the pleasant experience and appreciated the convenient location.

The Pearl Hotel in Kolkata offers great value for money. The prices were reasonable and they even offered a good discount on the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the supervisor lady who offered us the discounted rate. The hotel is located in the salt lake area, which is a bit far from the city center, but this turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it was in the business area of Kolkata. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The small window in the room offered a nice view of the surrounding area and the nearby lake. Additionally, breakfast was included and served in the hotel.
All was fine, no complaints.

The hotel is located in a bustling business area of the city, with plenty of great restaurants close by. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with tasty and reasonably-priced food available in the onsite restaurant.
Some aspects of the hotel were disappointing and fell short of expectations.

The Pearl Hotel exceeded my expectations in many aspects. the location in the salt lake area was perfect for me as it was away from the crowded city center. Secondly, the prices were very reasonable considering the value for money I received. The attention to detail was evident, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms, though small, were equipped with all the necessary basic amenities. The small window in the room provided a lovely view of the surrounding area. Lastly, the breakfast served was included in the price and offered a good variety of options to choose from.
All was satisfactory during my stay at this hotel.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect because it's bang opposite to the Stadium, and I'm a big sports fan. It's also in a quiet area, so I could get a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring this city. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay.
